Questions
Before you start.
Do I need to move my tenants onto anything?
No. Tenants get a link to report repairs and see their own statement. There is nothing for them to install and no account to create.
How does Haven know rent has arrived?
Connect the bank account rent is paid into and Haven matches payments to units by memo and amount. Anything it cannot match waits for you in a short list, never silently.
Can I keep my own contractors?
Yes — Haven dispatches to the people you already use. Add them once with what they do and how they like to be reached; the work order goes to them, not to a marketplace.
What happens at year end?
Every property carries its income and deductible expenses through the year, so the year-end sheet is already written. Export it, or hand your accountant a login.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans stop the moment you cancel. Yearly plans are ten months for twelve, and you can switch to yearly whenever you like.
Where is my data held?
In the US, encrypted at rest, with a full export available from your settings at any time. Your records are yours; leaving takes one click and a download.
